No Government Affiliation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government or any agency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Accounts and Organizations
You may need an account to access features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
If you create or join an organization workspace, the organization's administrators may control settings, access, and billing for that workspace.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to violate regulations.
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with the Service (including load testing, scraping, or probing without permission).
- Upload malware or harmful content.
- Share login credentials outside your organization.
6. Data Sources and Data Accuracy
The Service may display or analyze data from third-party sources (for example, government systems and public datasets). These sources may be incomplete, delayed, changed without notice, or contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
Amendments & Timing. Opportunity notices and amendments can change rapidly. Alerts and diffs may be delayed or may miss changes due to upstream availability, rate limits, outages, or other factors.
7. AI-Assisted Outputs
Some outputs are produced using automated extraction and AI summarization. These outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying information against the underlying source documents and for all decisions you make.
No Advice. The Service does not provide legal, compliance, accounting, or professional advice. Use of the Service does not create a professional-client relationship.
8. User Content
"User Content" means any content you upload or submit (e.g., internal notes, attachments, pasted text). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating analyses and enabling collaboration within your organization settings.
You represent you have the rights to upload User Content and it does not violate law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, designs, and non-user content. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
10. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing with notice.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from or related to the Service.
