Section 1
What GConIQ does
It helps teams monitor opportunities, analyze solicitations, review award history, use workspace chat on supported threads, and keep pursue decisions visible. Partner research is still bounded while the dedicated Partner Finder route remains coming soon.
Section 2
What it does not do
It does not act as a proposal writing software product, a SAM.gov submission tool, an outreach automation for GovCon system, or a CRM for government contractors.
Section 3
Why it does not replace human capture judgment
The system is built to support capture decisions with evidence and structure, not to replace the human judgment required for final pursuit posture. Workspace and analyst surfaces stay bounded to supported capture questions rather than open-ended assistant behavior.
Section 4
Why it does not submit on SAM.gov or write proposals
Submission and proposal drafting require different controls, data, and risk tolerance than the research and qualification workflows GConIQ is built for.
Section 5
Why it is not CRM, outreach automation, or win-probability software
The product stays focused on capture research, opportunity qualification, and pipeline visibility because those are the jobs its source model and evidence model can support honestly.
